FOR ALL OPENS OR 5 HOUR EVENTS (INCLUDING COSTCUTTERS )


BAIT LIMITS (A MAXIMUM OF;)

1 TIN (300 grams) of SWEETCORN = 1 PINT
1 TIN (300 grams) of LUNCHEON MEAT = 1 PINT
½ KILO LIMIT BLOODWORM & JOKER
3 PINTS of FISHERY PELLETS ONLY (must be puchased on site) + 1 SMALL TUB of HOOKER PELLETS                                           
MAGGOTS, CASTERS, WORMS & HEMP                                   

MAYBE INCLUDED IN THE 8 PINT LOOSE FEED / HOOKBAIT LIMIT.


GROUNDBAIT = MAXIMUM 2 KILO (DRY)
LEAM LIMIT =  MAXIMUM 4 KILOS


GROUNDBAIT / LEAM LIMIT NOT TO EXCEED 4 KILO IN TOTAL


THE ABOVE LIMITS ARE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNTS ANY ANGLER SHOULD TAKE TO HIS / HER PEG. ANY ANGLERS FOUND TO BE DISREGARDING THESE LIMITS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.


NO MORE THAN 80lb IN EACH KEEPNET Silver fish, including Crucians are to be kept in a separate net from all other Carp.

NO FLOATING POLES
FISHERY PELLETS ONLY  (must be puchased on site)

GOLD VALLEY CODE OF PRACTICE

Tackle or bait must not be transferred between anglers, or spectators and anglers during the contest. Once an angler arrives at his peg he may not receive any assistance in the assembling of tackle, or the making of rigs. Any anglers not adhering to this rule will be disqualified.
All anglers fishing matches at Gold Valley are asked to respect ALL the rules and not to indulge in any unsporting or ungentle manly behaviour.
All feeders and leads must be free sliding and not fixed or semi-fixed.
Unused bait must not be left on banks or thrown in after the match. Please take all unused bait away.
No feeding or cupping with a second pole - only one pole or rod in use at any one time. No rods to be left unattended.
Do not put stones or bricks in nets; nets will sink of their own accord.
Please use the toilets provided and not the banks or surrounds of the lakes.
All fish must be placed and not dropped or thrown into keepnets. Do not hold fish in towels.
Anglers must not fish beyond half way to the next angler
No fishing on after the match.

N.F.A. RULES APPLY AND ORGANISERS DECISIONS SHALL BE FINAL IN OTHER INSTANCES.
