Syndicate lake is similar in size to Gold lake six acres with 42 purpose built platforms many with adjacent parking.

The Syndicate lake holds a very large head of fish with carp being the dominant species.

Syndicate is approximatley 6 acres with 42 platforms with parking behind all but a few pegs, making syndicate ideal for the disabled angler or anyone with mobilty difficulties. As with Gold Syndicate holds large stocks of carp, with bream, crucians, tench, roach, rudd and perch present.

Syndicate lake has an average depth of 5 ft with 3 ft in most of the margins. Carp are caught on boilies and pellets, both on the lead and method feeder. The pellet waggler works well in the warmer conditions and the margins produce a lot of fish especially specimen carp, being caught on meat, corn, maggot or paste.
